Jokilaakson Juusto´s Clarified Butter (previously Jokipoika Ghee Clarified Butter) suits perfectly for versatile cooking as it does not spill around when fried. Clarified Butter is excellent to use eg. for cooking blinis and other pancakes. It also works perfectly with baking and in buttered coffee. The Clarified Butter is salt, lactose and gluten free.
